Anatolian Deniz 10" Splash

The Deniz series from Anatolian features a fully lathed underside and a unlathed surface - with the inclusion of the "band" you see in the picture. This adds a bit of control over the spread of the sound, which also becomes somewhat drier.

This 10-inch splash sounds wonderfully crisp and relatively dry.

The decay is relatively short; however, there is plenty of attack in the cymbal - it really cuts through! Despite this, it maintains a crisp, pleasant, and rounded sound.
