Anatolian Dry Series 20" Ride

Here’s a lovely ride cymbal from Anatolian’s excellent Dry Series. And yes – lovely is the right word if you’re into crisp and dark cymbals.

This particular 20” ride is a bit of a lightweight, and that really shows in how it responds. We’re leaning towards the feel of a light ride here – some might even call it a crash/ride. That really depends on who’s playing it and how hard it’s being hit.

If you’re playing a smaller, minimalist setup with just one cymbal, this is a seriously strong option. It can do a bit of everything – ride, crash, texture – depending on how you play it.

And the sound? Fantastic. If you’ve got control in your hands and play at moderate volume, you should really check out how good this one can sound.
