Anatolian Ultimate Hell 20" Ride

This 20" Hell Ride from Anatolian's Ultimate Hell series is a heavy, exceptionally well-articulated ride with plenty of volume, a strong attack and a powerful bell.

At 2818 grams, this is a ride with real mass behind it. That gives it clear articulation, strong projection and a tone that keeps its definition even when you're digging in.

Despite its weight, the attack never turns hard or harsh. Instead, the stick response feels surprisingly soft, while every hit still cuts through clearly in the mix.

The Ultimate Hell series is heavily hand-hammered, which helps give the cymbal a more musical, pleasant tone than you might expect from such a heavy ride. The result is plenty of volume without a sharp or fatiguing top end.

The bell is big, prominent and cuts through effectively. That makes the cymbal a natural fit for rock and metal, but its clear articulation makes it just as interesting for pop, gospel and other genres where you want the ride pattern to sit clearly in the mix.

If you're after a ride with plenty of definition, high volume and a powerful bell – without the tone turning harsh – this Ultimate Hell Ride is a very solid choice.
