The Danmar 206ML is a memory lock for your bass drum beater.

How to use it:

1. Remove the bass drum beater
2. Slide the 206ML down over the beater shaft
3. Reattach the beater to your pedal
4. Adjust the beater to the desired height
5. Let the 206ML "drop down" and tighten the drum key screw

Next time you install your bass drum beater on the pedal, it will automatically stop at the same height as before.

Alternative use of the 206ML

The 206ML weighs 16 grams. As an alternative use, you can also mount it closer to the beater head to act as a counterweight, increasing the front-end weight of the beater shaft.
