The INDe BR4R Bracket is a smart, drill-free solution for mounting accessories or updating your drum hardware without making permanent changes to the drum.
It can be installed in place of a lug or an existing bracket, making it a highly flexible option for adding floor tom legs, bass drum spurs, cowbell holders, cymbal arms and other accessories. Instead of drilling new holes, you simply use the existing mounting holes on the drum.
With an adjustable hole spacing from 1–3 inches, the BR4R fits a wide range of drums and older hardware layouts. It can also be configured with two lug inserts, one lug insert or no lug inserts, making it useful for both standard drums and centre-lug designs.
The BR4R is non-suspension, solid and practical — ideal when you want a clean hardware upgrade without permanently modifying the shell.
The BR4R version comes with INDe’s RST Rapid Setup and Teardown clamp. This makes it especially useful when you want faster setup and breakdown, without having to spin a traditional wingnut every time.
The RST version fits 9.5 mm and 10.5 mm L-arms as standard, and can fit up to 12.7 mm with longer key screws.
That makes the BR4R a great choice for drummers who often set up and tear down their kit, or for hardware positions where quick adjustment and repeatable setup matter.
The BR4R is perfect when you want to add functionality to a drum without drilling into it — but also want the convenience of INDe’s RST Rapid Setup and Teardown clamp. Whether you are converting a tom, replacing old hardware, adding legs to a floor tom or mounting a small cymbal arm or cowbell holder, the BR4R gives you a clean and reversible way to do it.
Compared to the BR2 and BR3, the BR4R is the more solid and configurable option. Where the BR2 and BR3 are designed with INDe’s resonance-friendly lug concept in mind, the BR4R is a non-suspension bracket made to sit firmly on the drum. That makes it a better choice when you want a more fixed mounting point for floor tom legs, bass drum spurs or accessories.
The BR4R can also be configured in different ways, so it can cover jobs similar to both the BR2 and BR3 depending on how it is set up. On top of that, it handles a larger hole spacing — from 1–3 inches — which gives you more options when working with drums that have wider or less standard mounting holes.
So if you need a stable, adjustable and adaptable drill-free bracket with faster setup and teardown, the BR4R is the one to choose.
