About INDe's RST Brackets

The RST bracket from INDe Drums allows you to set up or tear down your drum kit in just a few minutes – with exactly the same placement as last time.

This bracket eliminates the need for screws on tom holders, bass drum spurs, or floor tom legs, while also acting as memory locks so your positions are preserved, even when the kit is packed down. The conical design ensures a stable and precise fit, and a small locking pin keeps the bracket in place until you choose to remove it again.

The RST bracket can be installed directly on the drum (as always with INDe Drums – with adjustable hole spacing, in this case between 1 and 2 inches), giving you a very compact mounting solution.

The RST bracket can also be used with INDe’s BR2, BR2XL, BR3 brackets or Slim-Bands if a lower profile and faster setup is desired.

Low profile – easy storage

The bracket consists of two parts: a base that attaches to the drum, and a small wedge-shaped bracket designed to fit into the base. The wedge-shaped part is attached to, for example, a tom arm, a bass drum spur, or a floor tom leg.

The RST base extends only 18 mm from the shell, making it easy to pack the kit into cases and boxes.

The brackets are especially suited for mounting toms, floor tom legs, bass drum spurs, and similar parts.

Note that they are designed for vertical load and unidirectional pressure – so they are not recommended for cymbal arms or other mounting situations where force is applied from multiple angles.

The brackets fit rods, legs, and L-arms with a diameter of 9.5 mm or 10.5 mm. By replacing the thumbscrews with longer versions, they can also be adjusted to fit a 12.7 mm diameter.
