Anatolian Ultimate 19" Crash

This is a 19" crash from Anatolian's Ultimate series - the original top-of-the-range series from Anatolian.

19" and 20" crashes in both Ultimate and Baris have always tended to be a little thinner than the smaller sizes. This one has a bit more to it, and yet it doesn't feel any harder to play.

It's lovely in the attack. It doesn't give you that "gunk" feeling when you hit it, even though there's a bit more mass in it.

It suits rock and metal really well, because it has a lot of volume and a lot of dynamics. It's easy to activate, and it can play enormously loud. At the same time it's easy to control and doesn't run away from you - but you can also keep putting more and more energy into it, and it simply follows you.

As a crash it's fantastic, and as a crash-ride it's great fun to drive along on.
