Once again we have one of the rather special BC Worship series cymbals from Anatolian, which shines with its different, light and airy sound. A cymbal series that is difficult to compare with other cymbal series, and which has definitely given Anatolian a strong card in its hand!
Visually a cymbal that is lathed on both sides, with the exception of the bell which is raw. The upper side is also polished, where the underside is not polished.
In terms of sound, we are dealing with a very airy cymbal, which is surrounded by a relatively "wet" attack. The cymbal can be considered a bit light-ride'ish - at least for some, yet it still has a pretty good ability - everything considered - to maintain an audible stick attack, when you play it at louder levels.
The sound has a touch of "trashyness" going for it, while there is also something more refined at the same time. It is in many ways a complex beauty - but definitely both interesting and good-sounding!
The bell is (also) airy and blends really well with the rest of the cymbal.
Check out this cymbal - it's not like most cymbals!
